| Overview: |
We are looking for a qualified Staff Geologist. The Staff Geologist will serve Krazan's environmental clients' needs utilizing relevant experience and skills to provide professional consulting services in planning, evaluating, directing and performing the project scope of work. This project manager will also confer and cooperate with senior Environmental Division staff.

| Responsibilities: |
- Performance of all environmental project due diligence tasks.
- Subsurface soil and groundwater investigations.
- Performance, supervision and coordination of field activities: Drilling, sample collection, well installation, maintenance, destruction. Some travel will be required / typically one- to two-day trips.
- Work may include corrective action plans, work plans, risk assessments, health and safety plans, remedial system design and implementation, etc.
- Regulatory interface, compliance and closure.
- Report writing and review.

| Qualifications: |
- BS degree in Geology.
- Two to five years environmental consulting experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving.
- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Sound project business management skills: Profitability, efficiency, financial reporting, tracking and forecasting, invoicing, proposal generation, understanding of contracts and agreements, etc.
- Computer skills, particularly MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
- OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certification.
